Our Mission The primary mission of the Harvard-Radcliffe Kendo Club Alumni Association (HRKCAA) is to support the study and practice of kendo at Harvard College through direct support of the Harvard-Radcliffe Kendo Club. To this end, the Alumni Association serves as proxy through which relationships and affiliations between the HRKC and external organizations are managed. Through instructional and financial support and operational guidance, the Alumni Association hopes to ensure that future generations of young Harvard men and women will have the opportunity to embark on the wonderful, life-long journey of self-improvement through kendo. The secondary mission of the Alumni Association is to serve as a network and resource for its Members and Friends, not only in kendo but in all walks of life. Being part of the Alumni Association ensures that members are not without a friendly contact should they find themselves in Europe, Asia, the Americas, or -- most importantly -- returning to the Cambridge area.
